  • OOLONG is a Hong Kong–rooted jewellery brand founded by Stephanie Lam. Each piece is inspired by natural forms, particularly mountain ridgelines, and crafted using jade and traditional techniques reinterpreted through a modern lens.

  • Our pieces are made using natural jade, including off-cut jade sourced from local factories, combined with precious metals such as 18K gold and sterling silver. Each stone is natural and unique, with slight variations in colour and texture.

  • OOLONG works on a small scale and prioritises mindful production. By using off-cut jade and producing limited quantities, we aim to reduce material waste while respecting traditional craftsmanship.

  • All orders are shipped from France. We currently ship internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination.

  • Orders are usually processed within a few business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • We accept returns within a limited time frame (1 week), provided the item is in its original condition.

    Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, slight variations are not considered defects.
